I'm an emotional eater..


When I'm happy 

I eat normally,
put my full mind into it,
and feel great after eating


When I'm worry, 
but I can do something about it

I eat a lot and often,
my mind wanders somewhere else,
then I feel worse after eating


When I'm worry,
but there's nothing I can do

I can't eat,
don't even feel hungry,
just feel gloomy till time heals
